Aqua Comms is made up of different legal entities which are subsidiaries of Aqua Comms DAC (“Aqua Comms Group”). This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the Aqua Comms Group so when we mention Aqua Comms “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice, we are referring to the relevant company in the Aqua Comms Group responsible for processing your data. Aqua Comms DAC is the controller and responsible for this website.
We have appointed a data privacy manager who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice. - THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data is information (including opinions) which relates to an individual and from which he or she can be identified either directly or indirectly through other data which the firm has or is likely to have in its possession. These individuals are sometimes referred to as data subjects.
The type of data we collect and process falls into one of the following categories:-
- personal data relating to subscribers to our Portal, our newsletters and other promotional materials;
- personal data obtained and created in relation to sales enquires for our services or use of the Portal.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

THIRD-PARTY MARKETING

CHANGE OF PURPOSE

Aqua Comms is incorporated in Ireland. Information collected via our website, through direct interactions with you, or from use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located throughout the world, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.

HOW LONG WILL YOU USE MY PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
